Your processor can be overclocked by increasing the multiplier either via BIOS settings, or by using Intel's Desktop Control Center. It's worth noting that overclocking will void your warranty, cause your CPU to generate more heat and may cause your CPU to become unstable.

SOURCE: i have a dell xps that came with a wireless/bluetooth keyboard with mouse pad and i have another dell xps 420 that i'd like to use the wireless keyboard on...they are both dell xps's and both

Wireless/Bluetooth keyboards and mice can only be used with one device at a time it is like a bluetooth headset once it is paired with a phone it will 99.99% of the time only work with that phone and that phone only, Wireless keyboards and mice are setup on the same principal once they are paired up with 1 PC to use on another PC you have to remove the pairing. The worst case scenario is that the second PC's Wireless/Bluetooth has failed. I hope this helps.
