SOURCE: My Dell inspiron 5100 has an ATI Radeon 7500 video

Hi again! First of all, download the ATI drivers, under the video section from here. Now, right click my computer, and click manage. On the left hand side, click "Device Manager" and expand the "Display Adapters" subsection. Right click your ATI card, if present and choose uninstall. Reboot the laptop if necessary. Now you should try to install the drivers that were just downloaded, and they should work. Let me know how it goes!

I have changed out my black ink cartridge and now it says Attention: Print head loose, missing or not installed correctly.

Had exactly the same issue - working fine until ink cartridge changed (kodak for kodak - not a copy). Then can only get 'print head error message'.
Multiple attempts to remove and re-install, power on/off etc. but can't shift the error message. New print head more expensive than a new printer!

When I clicked as always "Print" it showed me in the window "Printer" the "Microsoft XPS Writer" instead of my set up Kodak Hero 9.1. Please HELP!!!

Hi there
This can happen. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Here you should see a hardware list of icons, including both your Kodak Hero and the XPS Writer. If the Kodak Hero is not there you will need to re-install the drivers and software from the disk which came with the printer. However, if it is there all you need to do is right click on the Kodak icon and from the menu that comes up click on "Set as default" and a green arrow should appear against the icon like this showing that the Kodak is the default printer and will show up first in any programme from which you print. 25277964-2fs4ue52shjy2lvm2lcqhtal-4-2.jpg

Hello my name is Amy and i recently had to do a complete system recover to my pc, Well when i went to reinstall my Kodak ESP.3 All-in-One Printer it loads the bojour and when it starts to install the Kodak...

Before you try re-installing it again, restart your computer. Sometimes installed programs require restart even if they don't force it on the user.
After restart try installing the software again, if it fails with the same error then your installer may be corrupt or not suitable for your OS. Go to the Kodak website and download the latest software and drivers for your printer. Here is the link. You will have to click on the right side on Downloads to select your OS and then search for ESP 5 will show up the results.
If you get the same error, check to see if you have the latest Service Pack installed (do a System Update for MAC). Update your computer and try again. By this time you have everything up to date and if it still won't work I'd say that there must be something corrupt into your OS.
