It indicates you have a polarity issue on your bypass feed. Most likely L1, L2 or L3 are mixed up (rotated). So you are using L2 as L1 or something like that. You should check (measure) the phase rotation/polarity.

I have a Hobart h67 passthrough dishwasher is the pump motor 3 phase wondering for phase rotation reasons don't want it running backwards

If m3 phase the possibility is for the motor to run backward depending on lead connections. If you replace motor wire it up and press contractor and close power contacts let go and observe motor rotation. If needed to change rotation switch lead 1 and 3. When I installed pumps I removed coupling to run motor..

How do I reverse a three phase electric motor?

Reversing rotation of 3 phase motors:
CAUTION: Before attempting any repair of electrical equipment verify the power is disconnected to the device.
CAUTION: Three phase motors could potentially be controlled by frequency control systems. It is recommended a trained electrician perform repairs to any electrical system. In particular, consult a trained electrician if the system includes a frequency control system.

Most 3 phase motors can reverse rotation simply by swapping any 2 of the 3 phase wires. A typical 3 phase wiring circuit will include a safety ground wire (usually green) and 3 phase wires, often designated A/B/C, or 1/2/3, or color coded to distinguish each. By swapping the terminal connection of any 2 of the three phase wires, for example, 1 & 2 or 2 & 3 or 1 & 3, but leaving the third phase wire unchanged will reverse the rotation of most motors.

NO VOLTAGE ON YELLOW PHASE

what caused the UPS to transfer to Bypass? could be inverter fault, would you please check your battery set, maybe the input power is outside the tolerance and causing UPS to discharge the battery set , as well when battery set reaches the end of discharge it is causing the UPS to transfer to bypass and there is something missing on the input yellow Phase.
if the above is not true check the load type that is connected to the UPS output that is causing UPS to switch off in 10 minutes time.

Mge galaxy 4000 bp ss supply failed

Make sure that Bypass Phase Rotation is A-B-C. Check that Bypass voltage is within a tolerance of 208 +/-5%. Frequency tolerance is 60hz +/- 1hz.
Any condition not met, and Bypass will not be available

136. (10001000) Phase 1 to 6 - Motor Stall
The Motor Controller has been unable to start the motor. Possible causes of this
fault are: Faulty motor harness, faulty or jammed motor, seized bearings or seals,
faulty Motor Controller module, faulty Rotor Position Sensor or harness.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action:
Measure / check the motor harness, connectors and motor for discontinuity. This
can be done by taking a resistance measurement between phases of the motor
harness at the Motor Controller module end. Nominal resistance should be around
12.2 ohm for Phase 2,3 & Phase 4. For Phase 5 and 6 onwards the nominal
resistance should be around 32 ohms.
Secondary Source: Motor.
Action:
1) Check free rotation of the agitator and basket by rotating by hand. Bearings
and seals may be seized.
2) Check the Rotor Position Sensor and associated harness for water,
mechanical damage or corrosion.
Tertiary Source: Motor Controller module.
Action:
If the primary and secondary checks pass inspection then replace the Motor
Controller module.

bypass is not available because your input is going in one phase rotation and the bypass is going another. Both input and bypass needs to be a clockwise rotation. A cheap phase rotation meter will fix this. Call me at Gruber Power Services for free tech. support 800-658-5883 x256 ask for Eric

We have IR SSR 150HP compressor, where when starting alarm display "check motor rotation" we already change the phase L1, L2, L3 but this alarm still appear. what should we do?

to change rotaion on a three phase motor just which 2 leads.

Change L1 to the wire now on L2 and take the wire on L2 and move it to L1. the rotation will now change. or L2 and L3... just two wires

When wiring the 3 phase plug for power is the machine machine sensitive to phase rotation

If it is 3 phase it would be sensitive to phase rotation. After hooking up the machine I would check the rotation since it is 3 phase it could be running backwards.

How do I wire a 30amp 3phase 250 volt receptacle for proper phase rotation ie x,y,z on the device with phases a,b,c in the panel?

You will either need a phase rotation meter to identify the rotation, or, if it is a motor, reverse any two leads to spin the motor the opposite direction (this works on single phase, too).

i hope this is helpful
