Question about Logitech V270 Cordless Optical Notebook Mouse
Just a note on PCguy's "solution". This is a very common problem with the V270 and is NOT fixed by replacing the bluetooth unit. A simple google search will show this to be the case.

Sounds like an issue with the bluetooth reciever. I would replace the unit.

Thanks a lot for sharing your insight.
Wooh? what makes you think it is the receiver, instead of the mouse. The receiver is the laptop, don't know how I can replace that.
Is there any way to test for the well functioning of the Bluetooth receiver?
Just remembered I used a Bluetooth headset with that same laptop, which worked well, until a while a go, when it did not register the code again.
