Firstly - remove and reseat the cartridge. If problem remains: Replace the cartridge with a new one. It is possible the new cart is faulty. If problem remains: Cart Sensor unit should be replaced as follows (If you need a copy of the service manual, contact http://www.TheServiceManualShop.com) Removal 1. Remove the Fuser Assembly (RRP 9.80). 2. Reach inside the empty Fuser cavity and slide the Cartridge Sensor Holder forward to unlatch the Holder from the printer frame (Figure 1). 3. Move the Holder around until the side latches on the Holder line up with the cutouts in the frame and the Holder is free of the frame. 4. Disconnect P/J 87 from the Cartridge Sensor. 5. Remove the screw securing the Cartridge Sensor to the Cartridge Sensor Holder and remove the Sensor (Figure 2). Replacement 1. Position the Cartridge Sensor onto the Sensor Holder so the LEDs face out. 2. Line up the position tab and screw hole on the Sensor with the two holes in the Holder. 3. Use one screw to secure the Cartridge Sensor to the Sensor Holder. 4. Reconnect P/J 87 to the Cartridge Sensor. 5. Position the Holder against the Holder cutout in the printer frame. 6. Move the Sensor wire harness so it exit through the cutout at the rear of the Holder. 7. Move the Holder around until the side latches on the Holder line up with the cutouts in the frame. 8. Push the Holder forward until the front latch secures the Holder to the frame. 9. Reinstall the Fuser Assembly (RRP 9.80). If the problem remains, then the MCU PWB will need replacing. This could put the machine Beyond Economical Repair.

My C-M magicolor 5570 says toner missing C both with the old and new toner. What to do?

Are you sure you it is toner?. May be the image units. There is a toner for each color, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and black. There is also a drum (Image Unit) for each color. Do not use third party toners and I/U they cause issues sometime with the machine software.

Minolta QMS magicolour 330-2 printer CYAN TONER MISSING

you need to empty the "waste" toner from the cyan toner. If you're not sure where to find it it is the smaller of the two holes found under the retractable flaps at the top end of the toner container. A tricky job for an end user as they are designed not to be emptied (there is a one way valve).

The best way to cure this problem is to replace the toner with a new one (not a refurb) or send the toner back to where you got it.

Need Override for Low Toner Message Minolta QMS 2300

It depends on the model. The 2300 series using a mechanical mirror on the cartridge itself. A tab needs to be moved the mirror slid back to home. The 2400 series & newer uses an IC that you need to replace. when you buy your toner to refill the cartridge make sure you get the IC with it. Russell

Konica minolta error

I had the same problem and found that one of the toner cartridges must have not been seated properly. I removed the black toner cartridge and re-fitted it. The printer now works fine again with no errors. 17H is a code relating to a fault in the rotation ......... possibly one or more toner cartridges need checking. Use the menu on the printer to turn it to the appropriate position (i.e. engine menu then select replacement of whichever toner you are checking).
Hope this fixes your as well.
