I could not find a manual for the footswitch... USUALLY the details are covered in the amp manual it is connected to... and the only issue is if the particular footswitch is compatible with a particular amp.

Three button crate footswitch wires need to be refastened. I need a wiring diagram.
My mate's crate uses two stereo jack leads similar to 6.35mm guitar leads but stereo. You can buy them anywhere.

Open up buttom
Most of these have screws on the bottom... OFTEN they are "hidden" under labels or the rubber feet. For plastic cases often there are snap tabs as well.

I have a Crate v32 1X12 guitar amp, the volume cuts out and then begins to feed back. To make a very long story short the tubes are good (I KNOW the tubes are good!!!) it is not the cords pedals etc. any...
I don't know how you know the tubes are good... It is possible they are microphonic... try tapping them with a pencil (only need to worry about the smaller ones).
Beyond this look for cracked circuit board or bad solder... especially near the control pot leads. This is a common problem. Look for cracks near the booard mounting points.

Amps broken need to fix it
Their may be a schematic on the inside of the amp.I don't remember if Crate puts one or not. And I have had several Crate amps. never needed repair except for tube replacement.
