Question about Sampo PME-42V3 42 in. Plasma Television
Got this tv for free, the guy told me that it powers on but not picture, said he called and told him it needs to replace a card or something like that, anyone knows what could be the problem or what to do with the tv to make it work, thanks.
I had the same problem, but managed to repair it myself! There is no need to purchase a new
Power Supply! You can service the faulty PCB yourself, or give it to a Tehnician to service for you.
If you want to try service to yourself, here is how,
On the PCB marked QPWB11326-1B-4 you will need to do the following<
Replace the following Capacitor's, CS704(Most important one), CS705, CS706, CS707, CS708, CS713, CS715.
Replace the TOP210PFI IC marked ICS02
Replace the PC123 OPTO marked ICS03
Replace the TL431 Shunt Regulator marked ICS04
This solution should work! email me on [email protected] if you have any other requests!
