We have misplaced the direction booklet for our Danby DPAC10061 portable air conditioner and would like to know how to get another one, or where to go online to find it.

This sounds like it could be a power supply problem. It may be very simple. I think I would first just unplug the unit, open it up, look for the PS connectors, and check/wiggle them to make sure there is good contact.

I went to the Danby's website:
https://www.danby.com/

And I was unable to find any service or owner's manuals in PDF format. The site does however have a locator for service shops. Good Luck!

I can't find my manuel and when turning on my a/c it will not allow me to set the controls to slow, fast, fan, even when pushing the rset button the complete panel lights up and any of the buttons I oush will not respond. Can you help me.
