I need to use the FN keyto type normall caracters on the keyboard instead of pushing that fn button for the extra caracters how can i solve this?

The FN button and F11 Button will reset your problem, press both at the same time and then try it, it should work if not then you may need to contact acer and get a return authorization to have warranty repair, as this has been a problem with acer from the aspire one on up, hopefully this will restore your problem to normal.

To use my key board with out pushing the fn button

The Fn key is used in conjunction with F3 to F12 function keys to select second function assigned to these function keys.
Why do you want not to use the Fn key on your keyboard?

How do i type on the keys without pushing the font key?

Do you mean the function button? The button with 'Fn' on it? You have the number lock engaged. Press the 'number lock' button, and all should be good.
Let me know if this works, and please rate my answer. Good luck!

Fn button fujitsu siemens li1705 not working

Pressing fn-F2 is telling your wireless utility software to activate/deactivate your wireless card. You should also be able to do it through your wireless utility software. There is Usually a little icon for it at the bottom-right of your screen.
