We have 2 sets (2 double stacks) of these same ovens, the X2's, and are having exactly the same issues. Our ovens are less than 1 year old. We called Mike Buelow at Enodis Corporation (parent corp of Lincoln) about the problem (design and parts flaws) which is something Lincoln apparently knows about, but will not admit to.We have 2 sets (2 double stacks) of these same ovens, the X2's, and are having exactly the same issues. It isn't a design flaw. It is an air pressure switch. Main fan not running OR oven is dirty and the tube to the air pressure switch is clogged. Dirty ovens aren't a design flaw. I saw it once a week. Five minutes clearing the tube and you back in business. Hope this helps.

The thermostat is mechanical using pressure from a waxstat style sender and is not adjustable.
I expect you are measuring with your probe in a different place to the sender unit; hence the differences.
No you dont need to light up an lincoln impiger gas oven. Its automatic thus you only need to conennect it to gas and power then switch on the power switch not forgeting to set the temparature.
Yes thats a normal oparation for the oven. once the set temparature is reached the main burner flame goes on and off to regulate and maintain the set temparature
You could also check that the fingers are properly fitted in place at the point where thy join oven and the glass window is closed. make sure that all the elements are working well
this is caused probably by a faulty power board or a switch. In the front all three switches share a common power source. I would start there to see if voltage is present on all three switches. These are also tied into a 24 volt control transformer it would be the next thing I check I believe it is xfrmr 3 on the print.
