I get this message every time my computer starts up: The file 'ialmnt5.sys' on Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver
The file is apart of the Intel graphics driver system. If you uninstall and reinstall the Intel MGA driver it may clear up this message.
You can also try to update the driver using the following method:
Click -START - Control Panel - INTEL GMA Driver
On the driver control screen click on - Information -
Select the - Support - tab
Click on the Graphics Driver downloads Link
Select - Graphics - and follow the prompts
You may be asked to download the update utility, do so
Select the Check System button to get latest driver
This method will keep your computer up to date.
Hi
First check on google whether any such file exist with intel graphic driver
Second if not - Go to run->msconfig->startup (tab) disable all -> restart now. If the error message is gone.
Third scan your system with mcafee 8.5i antivirus
This error often occurs following Windows Service Pack upgrades,Windows Update installs, and the running of new video games. After theerror appears it is usually possible to boot into safe-mode (restartand press F8 at the BIOS screen to start in safe-mode) to install thenewest version of the driver. Download and install newest driverversion from:
http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/
In the case of the 852/855 mobile graphics chipsets the driverupdate may need to be done twice. Laptops with docks have two copies ofthe Intel video driver; both the docked and undocked profiles of thelaptop have copies of the driver loaded. To completely fix the laptopinstall the newest drivers in one mode, restart, dock or undock thelaptop, reinstall the drivers in the second mode, and finally rebootthe laptop again.
