I would normally recommend that you pick up your phone and make a call to the North Carolina Cooperative Extension office for Bladen County to ask your question. • Begin the transfer. With the caller on the line, press the "Transfer" key. The caller will automatically be placed on hold and you will hear a dial tone.
• Connect the caller to the other party. Dial the extension of the party you wish to reach. To specify an extension for a parked call, press "Park," dial the desired extension and press "Park" a second time. Replace the handset.
• Retrieve a parked call. On any system phone, press "Park" and dial the extension on which the call is parked. You will be connected to the caller.

Its either do a Factory Reset and lose your data or take it to the O2 shop.

Hello sir; The fax cable have included two line , one is incoming , one is outgoing , therefore I suggest you replace a new cable see what happen.

This is a known problem with the MX850 - Canon thinks it works, but it needs to be FAX Only when you're out of the office and TEL PRIORITY when you're in the office - then you hit "Hook" when you hear an incoming call as a fax tone. It's a manual answer machine when in TELEPHONE Priority

Looks like you can group the stations together and then any one of them can answer incoming calls. See page 45 or so.
