Go to this site:

Under "MsVista" you will see "Empowering Technology and Untilities"

Hit that bar, at the end you will see you Acer Orbicam, select thatone and download the file, install it and you will be fine:)

Acer orbicam
download the software from www.acerpanam.com.
you need 2 things.
1. orbicam driver (if you can see your orbicam in device manager, you don't need to install driver again).
2. orbicam application, there are 3 kind of orbicam (suyin, bison and logitech), I don't know what is yours. you need to try 1 by 1.

Orbicam unplugged
go to your device maneger in the system properties (by right clicking the My Computer icon and go to properties click the tab Hardware and then go to Device Maneger) check if your cam is working properly and check if its enabled
regarding w/ your USB you can check it there....
