When I turn on my tv, i have audio but the screen is blank and will come on in about 20 seconds but will be a rolling screen. then will go dark again. the blue screen will come up when i hit the menu
A couple of things to try, Ist does the set work normally with a DVD etc connected to a rear input, if you are using a box for signal disconnect it and the set from power for a while and power both back.
The DVD idea is to know if problem is not present via the rear inputs and rules some things in or out, if set works that way there may be a simple way around the problem.
If when you call up the menu it is there, that comes from a different area inside the set and is generated within the set--still it is good news.

Okay Bud. All Components Have Been Unplugged For A Couple Of Hours. I Plugged The Power Back To The TV And Turned On The Dvd. Great Picture !!
If the tuner input is still bad you can route the signal where the DVD is or if its ok now keep your fingers crossed.

TUNER in these sets is both expensive and may no longer be available, the option is rather easy if you have cable request a box with the audio and video jacks like your DVD should have, say dvd is on video one, connect the others from the cable box out to another input on the set say video two, watch TV by switching to that input and change channels with box remote etc.

Resolder FBT pinns flyback transfomer on deflection board also CK capacitors 3 of them cp114,120,150 if anmy of them is puffewd up on top it is bad.cp150 2200uf 16v other 2 are 220uf 35v replace all 3.

check your capacitors cp150 114 120 if any of them is puffed up on top it is bad replace all 3 cap. 2200uf 1`6v and two 220uf 35v. also resolder FBT pinns.

my first question is have you checked the bulb. the loud pop sound like the bulb blew and the rattling sounds like the lamos trying to fire. remove the bulb cover and unscrew the bulb

Almost certainly the green picture tube is shorted. This is a very expensive repair; probably not worth doing.

Hello, I believe this may be a HV/LV power supply problem since this is a common issue in this RCA ITC222 chassis, I posted this earlier and I beleive that it can help you, Hello This is a common problem with the ITC222 chassis, I would check CP120, CP140, CP150 to see if they are bad I suspect CP150 is the one that is bad. Its value is 2200uf 16VDC. It is located on the same board as the IHVT and is in between the Heat sink in the middle of the board. I would also like to say that if possible you should get a qualified TV Technician to repair this set for you, due to the nature of this problem and the dangerous voltages present.
