1st) How did you put the photos on your stick? Did you load them from a computer, or did you load them off a camera?
If you loaded them off a camera, did you format the card before you took the pics, or before transferring them from the camera's internal memory? You have to do format the memory card from the camera menu before it will work properly.
If you used a computer, same thing, you need to format the stick before you transfer photo's to it. Try it and let me know.
I could not load my directly directly from PC. I had to put them on my camera memory card, then insert memory card into frame. worked well but took more time.
I had the same problem and called Nextar Support. The gal I spoke with asked how big my SD card was and informed me that the capacity for this frame is only 2 GB. Sure enough, my card was 4 GB. I transferred the pictures to a 2 GB card and it works great! (Note to Nextar: might be nice if they put this somewhere in the paperwork BEFORE people buy an SD card.)
Put your SD card into a card reader / slot in your computer. Go to "My Computer" Identify the drive letter allocated to the card slot and drag and drop or copy and paste.
Some digital frames comes with built-in internal memory so you can load that with your PC via a usb connection without having any kind of removable media. If yours doesn't come with internal memory though I don't think you have any choice other than to purchase a memory card of whatever type is supported by the frame.
thank you but thats not it i even bought a new memory card and put pics on that still didn't work.
