Hi,
You can buy Windows XP at many computer stores or online. Here is a link to an eBay seller in the Philippines, where you appear to be from:
http://cgi.ebay.ph/Geniune-Windows-XP-SP2-Home-Edition_W0QQitemZ110336383681QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_211?hash=item110336383681&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A833|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318

Then you need to install Japanese fonts and the Japanese IME using the Windows xp disk.
Here is a visual guide for you:

Hope this helps

Need to upgrade from windows 98 to windows xp on ibm 760e thinkpad

Before you begin, be sure to go to Lenova Website and download the appropriate XP software & drivers and burn them to a CD or flash drive. You will need them after the install is completed. After that is completed, you are ready to install. Insert the XP Install disk and choose INSTALL XP and on the next screens drop down menu, choose UPGRADE. Follow the instructions. After it is completed, use the CD or Flash Drive to install the proper system software & drivers.. GREAT LUCK!! Please rate me, k? Thank You Lucky4lynn2

My Thinkpad/Lenova R51 had a hard drive failure. I got a new hard drive and installed it in the computer. Then I attempted to use the rescue and recovery cd and the product recovery cd's that came with...

The partition that had the Lenovo image was on the old hard drive not the new one you purchased, so you will not be able to restore from image. Look on the bottom of the laptop for the Windows version. Is it Windows XP Home or Windows XP Pro? You will need a Microsoft Windows disk to reinstall and you can use the serial number on the sticker to activate. This is all legal because the serial number belongs to the laptop. Unfortunately, finding a Windows software might be difficult. Ask a friend if they have a disk of the same operating system.

Might be easier to take to a tech and pay $60.00 (I wouldn't pay nmore than that) and have them reinstall basic windows and drivers for you.

I have a thinkpad t20 and a 570e, both with

The IBM Recovery Disk that comes with those laptops is set up for Windows 2000, not Windows XP Pro. The answer is No, you cannot use the IBM Recovery Disk for them, if you install Windows XP Pro.

However! You will have a recovery disk, because you will have the Full Installation disk for Each laptop. Windows XP Pro Full Installation Disk.

(Microsoft Users License states "One genuine copy of Windows per One computer" That means you need Two, genuine copies of Microsoft Windows XP Pro)

Cd disk winXP software

You would need to contact IBM/Lenovo and ask for a recovery disc. As the software is OEM they need to provide the support for it. The other option is to purchase a copy of windows XP but you will be paying for another license

How can i load awindows xp on ibm 600e

I have done this many times.
To install XP on an IBM 600E , you needd to upgrade the RAM at least to 256MB.
Then use a Windows install disk to install XP.
After installing Windows you will have to update drivers from IBM website here: Lenovo Support & downloads - Drivers and software - ThinkPad 600 ...
There is no driver for 600E video adapter on XP, video performances will be limited.
