F-08 half way through any cycle now and then comes up with f-08 message, turning off machine and restarting it seems to fix but is there a solution to this!!!

What do you use to clean the machine? White vinegar s a good cleaner for coffee machines. I suggest you place half vinigar and half water in machine and run it as usual- maybe a few times with the vinegar and water. Then place some baking soda with water to neutralize the vinegar.

Most common issue here will be a defective door lock switch. check all causes before replacing the switch.
The book says nothing about this error except turn off machine for 30 seconds and try again. If this dosen't work try unplugging machine, removing the batteries and then restart. CAUTION THIS WILL CLEAR ALL MEMORY!
yes the top half seperates from the bottom half inside the top half are 4 little parts called dogs. the part number is 241341. replace the dogs to fix it
