When I try to start it, it makes a hum sound (almost like a stuck motor) and then stops. If I open the front door, I can freely spin it. I've seen some articles that it might be the pressure sensor, but that's about all I know (I haven't dug in enough to know whether it is or not, or where the pressure sensor is).
Hello Heber Allred - Are you certain that the error code is E32? This manufacturer does not have an E32 error code for any dishwasher. They do have E02 or E12. Is the hum noise more like a grinding noise? If so, then I recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may be experiencing an issue with a faulty drain motor.

am not sure.. just try this
Check with a multi-meter for 115/220V on motor's tags.
If you don't get this voltage measurement, your problem is not with the motor.
In
case you have 115/220V on motor's tags, try first to replace its
brushes (2 carbon contacts that transfer the curent to the motor's
armature).
try this good luck

I may have the answer. I had what sounded to be the same problem. I found the dishes were dirty after they were cleaned, but I found there may have been a big pot lid blocking the upper arm. I decided to run the machine again, and after a bit opened the dishwasher after to make sure it was not a problem with the arm. Sure enough, the arm wasn't moving. However, I found out on the Frigidaire webpage that some models have an alternating spray cycle, where only one arm spins at any given time. After reading this I checked again, and it had moved by that time. I checked a few times more to confirm this. So it ended up it was an arm blockage after all. Hope this helped...good luck.

SOURCE: GE triton dishwasher middle spin arm not spinning
I had the same problem and found two things which were causing it
-The O-ring was missing off of the tube connection on the back of the dryer that inserts into the sprayer tube. I found a size 11 O-Ring at Home Depot and it worked
-The openings on the underside of the spray arm are what propels the sprayer to spin. I found small pieces of plastic debris in the openings and cleaned them out.
Now the middle arm spins like it should.

Sounds like a motor problem. Behind the chopper is an access to the impeller, try turning the impeller or the chopper blade and see if the motor will rotate. If it doesn't, then something is stuck preventing the motor from running.
