Lost Manual I have lost my instructions for my Bosch HBN131250B built under oven and am unable to use the functions.
Any idea where I can get a replacement

the key sign shows that the child lock is engaged. to unlock, usually you push and hold the lock button for a few seconds. the correct button is usually a dual function and so marked. if you need more help, go to manualsonline.com and look up your model number for your manual. good luck
Wriggle it from side to side and up and down while trying to twist it or
the other trick to use is to grab it gently with a pair of grips with
some kitchen roll wrapped around it so you don't damage the glass...... This is usually the way it comes off.

oven is not heating then you probably have a bad heating element in your oven. This is not that hard to fix yourself...
