It means that whatever your input is supposed to be, the TV is not picking up anything.
If your input, say a TV aerial or satellite decoder is connected to the ANT socket of your TV, then either the RF coax cable or the device producing the signal is off or disconnected.
The same goes for any other inputs that the TV is currently set up to receive.
Check your menu to see what the input is set to such as TV, AV then check that connection is good.
If you have selected an external input and there is no device connected and turned on, the TV will give this indication. Select another input (TV, HDMI, Video), or connect and turn on an external device. When there is a signal to the selected input, the "no signal" indication will go away, assuming the input is working correctly. I hope this helps.
Check your inputs. The no signal box means exactly that - there's no incoming signal for the TV to decode. So you've either disconnected a cable somewhere or turned off your input device.
Try changing the inputs on the TV (this will be a button saying input or A/V)
Try changing the channels
Check that your cables are correctly connected and that whatever you are trying to use (dvd player, PS3, etc) is turned on.
Check that your TV is tuned to the corresponding input it is plugged in to (if you plugged your DVD player into HDMI input 8, tune your TV to input 8)
Hope this helps.
No input signal from your computer or external device is being received. Could be loose connection or connected device not powered up or asleep. If laptop connected you need to toggle external screen <Fn><F8> toggles through displays.
Usually that means that it has no "Signal" or "Input" and this is why it is blue. Check your on the correct "Output" is selected... Tuner, External, 1, 2, 3, etc. and there is a corresponding "Input signal" ON that input. Check ya anetnna connections also.
