Lg shine, transfer taken pics from internal memory to sc memory c

try saving the previous info on the card on a pc then format the card and then place it in the phone. The card may have info not compatible with the phone that's why its recommended to format cards before switching it from devices.

When I try to open the content (inorder to transfer files from internal memory to my pc) it says invalid access to memory. Why? And what is the solution?

The best thing to do is getting a data cable, and installing the phone software on a computer. Then you connect the phone to PC and transfer the data on phone memory onto the card.

Using the phone to do the job with copy and paste on the single files will also work, but it will take ages.

Note: if you connect phone to computer without installing software first , you will access only Memory card (as external storage), and not Phone Memory.

Now that you have the cable, download a program called bitpim from bitpim.org
Make sure you have the drivers downloaded before connecting your phone.

ok go into mystuff and go to images and find the picture that you wanna transfer dont click on it but push options and scroll down to file and open that up and you will see where it says copy to external and there ya go. but this is just for the lg shine im not sure about the lg vu. this will work because i have an lg shine and i just did it. let me know if this help's ya out

The LG Shine allows you to do a multiple picture DELETE - but not a multiple pic transfer to memory card, at least that I've found. You have to transfer your pics one at a time from phone memory to the SD card as follows:

Select Menu --> 8 My Stuff --> 4 Pictures
Highlight the pic you want to transfer using the center toggle button,
then select Options --> 5 Move (or 4 Copy) --> 2 Memory Card --> Paste

Once your pics are on the memory card then put the phone into USB mode by selecting
Menu --> 9 Settings --> 7 Connection --> 2 USB Connection Mode --> 2 Mass Storage

Then attach a suitable USB cable to the phone at the charging jack and open Explorer (Windows) or Finder(Mac) and navigate to the phone. Your pictures will appear and you can copy them to your computer as needed.

NOTE: be sure to return the phone from Mass Storage mode to Data Service or your phone will not work.

Also - set your phone to highest resolution for best quality pics.
Menu --> 8 My Stuff --> 7 Camera and Recordings --> 1 Take Photo --> Options --> 4 Resolution --> 1 1600x1200

You problem set your camera to use internal memory only. Set the memory function to memory card only and all pictures will go to the memory card until it is full. You can probably still transfer your pic files from internal memory to your card.

I believe the card is formatted incorrectly, this sometimes occurs when the new OS doesn't recognize the old files and sort of "partitions" them off to the side instead of deleting them.

You can try reformatting using the enV again or (if you still have the old phone) put the card back in it and delete the other files from there. Otherwise you can probably format it using your computer, seeing as you have a connection between the phone and the computer.

connect camera to computer without disk. Go to "my computer", click on the camera icon, it should say how many pictures you have and ask what you want to do with them.
