Without any colour, increase the contrast to at about 65%. Adjust the brightness to get a perfect picture in B/W. Then increase the color, according to your viewing taste. Compare the skin tone of a person. That's all.
I had dish satelight install on my TV. It worked well for two days, then the picture started showing in a square box. I ffixed the convergence and it seemed okay. The next day I turned on the tv and it had sound, but no picture. When I press the status button, the picture would come on then go right back out. Now I don't have any sound or picture. probably this tv has a transistor damaged, but you can try to re solder all the leads and try to switch it ON again. beaware not to short the component leads.
