My Vizio VX32LHDTV10A 32 in. HDTV LCD TV will not turn on. It shows that it has power(VIZIO emblem on front is lit) but does not respond to remote or power button on side

Did you check the power cord of intermittent connection.

First check main boards,
From Wisiny.com can find those parts,power supply,inverter boards and t-con

unplug the TV. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, repeat. Plug it back in and try again.

If it's flickering then inside there are what is call inverter boards usually on the side of set, probably caps are bulged outward, they will need replacing.

Pull the back off of the screen and look at the bottom between the two speakers you will see a little box with a few wires going off to one of the printed circut boards. I have never seen one fail before, most of the time its the remote/dead batteries etc.

I would say the high-voltage transformer which acts like a power supply itself is bad. Noth the board!

Unfortunately, what you're describing is a repair issue. You won't be able to address the problem with troubleshooting. There is a part inside the TV that needs to be replaced. If you're under warranty, this will cost you nothing. If you're not under warranty the cost will likely be a minimum of $200 parts and labor. However, be warned that the cost could be considerably higher.

For the 46" TV, it sounds like the main board is bad.

For the 50" Vizio: is the LED light on?

IT SHOULD BE UNDER WARRANTY. TAKE IT TO AN AUTHORIZED VIZIO SERVICER.
