My friend you should contact your service provider since that is a network related issue.

They will send you the MMS configurations & just accept it & i'm sure that your MMS will work. Sometimes, they need a 24 hour activation period.

your phone has not been "provisioned" for those capabilities. The unlock that allows you to use a T-mobile Sim only removes the Network Lock. You still have to go into your browser settings and enter the information for Homepage, APN, IP adress and username and password if necessary. Google provisioning the LG VU for T-Mobile. You most likely have the wrong MMS settings. Call T-Mobile wireless technical support to get the correct settings and change them in the VU.
