Question about HP iPAQ hw6515 Pocket PC
Com 7 and 57600 are the correct settings on a HP 6515. Mayke sure you use the NMAE type device when selecting the GPS type. With 5.x release of Tomtom there was a config file that you could delete and therefore be able to reconfigure al lthe GPS settings though I think with 6 you can reconfigure via the GPS option under preferences

Contact TomTom, they have been able to help me out by choosing the right settings. Good luck. And don't forget your charge, 'cause TomTom will eat your battery quickly.

I have used my HP ipaq hw6515 with TomTom Navigator 5.21 and the internal GPS antenna. By end of 2007 I upgraded to TomTom Navigator 6.030. After several weeks of proper working I now face the following problem. Between ca. 05:30 am and 12:30 am (German local time) no GPS signal is received. I have changed the local time on my ipaq, but the GPS signal is still not received between 05:30 am and 12:30 am German local time. In TomTom's GPS status configuration I can select the builtin GPS receiver, however, if I select GPS status configuration for the next time, I see "other NMEA GPS" nevertheless. Hard reset of the ipaq did not solve the problem. Who has an idea?
