My sansa mp3 player is in arabic!

Press the home button, then click the down button until you see a graphic of slider controls. Then toggle the right (fwd ) button. Now scroll down to the last selection which is system settings - hit the fwd button again. Language is fourth down from the top. Hit the right (fwd) button again - English is at the top. Cheers!

To select a language for your Sansa Express,
please execute the following steps:
1) Press Menu button to return to the Main Menu.
2) Move to Settings and select it.
3) Select Language.
4) Select a desired language.

I can onlyhelp you with the Arabic in this way.
I am sure if you look in the setting you will find English to set your MP3 player to... but to delete the unwanted files do the following:

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio Books, etc. from MP3 Player

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal
Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that
you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want,
release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

Have you tried restarting it? Hold down the power button for 20 seconds and then turn it back on.

You can compare the arabic version of the user manual - available on Sandisk's website - with the English user manual:

Use the following manual to help you "fly blind" and change the language back (or do an English firmware upgrade from Sandisk's website):

Re-run the firmware upgrade from the Sansa website - as long as you pick the English firmware upgrade, it will have the effect of resetting your player.

Reset to factory settings, or reformat the player.
