Bluetooth mouse and keyboard are lagging on computer with big screen monitor

We have a conference room with a huge television/monitor for the computer in this room. The mouse and keyboard are not responding when used. We have changed the batteries, recalibrated connection with USB port antenna, moved USB antenna to back of the tower. Could the television/monitor be interfering with the blue tooth wireless mouse and keyboard? The tower is behind the monitor.

We had a similar problem with ours when connected via a KVM, response was very slow or laggy, resolved it our side by adding a USB extension cable and putting the USBport antenna off to one side away from the switch and screen, works fine now so could be interference.

SOURCE: Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse Not Connecting

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

SOURCE: receiver light is steady green. mouse won't light up. cursor won't move.

Why don't you try at the moment of placing a new battery to see if the small button that protrudes, where the receiver is located at the bottom of the mouse is pressed down. Without the receiver in place that **** on must be out for as long as the receiver is in the USB port.
Good luck!!!

SOURCE: Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse Not Connecting

After reading on Microsoft about replacing the batteries, down loading drivers and "press the button on the receiver and the connect button the receiver" - I got frustrated and almost gave it flight. Then my wife stepped in and realized that there was a green reset button on the USB connector as well. (who knew?) SO.... you press the green light (which is a button) and release it.... should blink. Then go to THE MOUSE portion and press the connect button for 5 seconds or so.... and wala...... One mouse that plays again! This ones gonna cost me! :) I hope this one works for ya!

Toshiba Dynadock 3.0 mouse and screen lag

You are right, it should not...Check your device manager and see if there is any problem listed there (the little yellow exclamation mark) against the Dynadock. Also check on Windows site if your device is listed as compatible with Win 8 ... Just some ideas, hard to tell just by description.

The cordless mouse keeps whizzing across the screen I have slowed the pointer speed and now it will not work. The usb that goes into the screen is not lighting up. I have changed the batteries and tried...

For me I prefer a keyboard and a mouse attached to the computer the only advantage of a wireless mouse and keyboard is it is convenient to use especially if you are using a huge monitor..Also attached keyboard and mouse are less in maintenance cause you have to charge it or replaced the battery once it is low in power.

What device would you recommend if I want to run 5 monitors and 5 keyboard and mouse to 1 CPU

I am not entirely sure that this is possible, while you may well be able to connect all of these parts, you wont all be able to use the machine at once. There are vga splitters available for the screens and the keyboards and mice can plug into usb. The only way I can see this working is as a multi-room setup but just one person using the machine and going from room to room. (only using one monitor keyboard and mouse at a time)

How can i download the driver

I just installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my ASUS F8SG and I've seen a lot of improvement in the way the MSI BM500 bluetooth mouse behaves. Since the bluetooth manager no longer reboots in Windows 7 ultimate I no longer experience the lags I usually do in Windows XP.

After months of good work my mouse stopped working, it has to be very close to the receiver for the pointer to move. New bateries installed, still the same.

Has any new piece of hardware been put in between the trackball and the receiver? Electro-magnetic fields can cause interference. I had a similar problem once - didn't even unplug the receiver, just moved it behind the monitor. It was a big clunky CRT screen and created a huge EM field - huge enough to cause interference with the trackball.
