Installing the batterie on pulsar pq2003

It is a battery saving design, otherwise you would have to have a new battery every couple of months.

Click on the crown (the stem in the middle on the right side). There are three settings, and one of them will change the minute hands' behavior to normal. You might also check out this guide:

Did you check the watch battery? Pulsar watches run a long time! If a new battery does not start it up you can take a can of air and just squirt a little in the area where the battery goes (very gently) to blow out any dirt then install the battery and put back on. If it is still not working you need to take it to your local jewelry store to have an estimate for repair, usually 60.00 to 80.00. I hope this helps!

Purchase a matching new battery at a store and install it into the phone, or optionally take the phone to a local watchman / watch repairer, he or she will probably charge you around 5 $ for the new battery and installing it, depends on the watch and the battery.

To restart the watch, you have to short the battery with a pin that sits under a sticker on the back of the watch. The sticker is supposed to explain that. You can usually do it with a pair of sharp scissors or tweezers. Without "jumpstarting" the watch, just installing a new battery won't start the watch. (I don't know why.)
