Question about Onkyo TX-SV525 Receiver
All Bose Acoustimass satelites are powered from Acoustimass with powered subwoofer. Subwoofer worked initially. I unplugged speaker wires and plugged them back in inside of cabinet and the subwoofer didn't work.
Hi,
I have Bose Acoustimass 6 with Pioneer amplifier.
When i connect the audio device, the woofer, front speakers with center speaker is working fine but the rear end audio output is not responding.
Can you please help me with resolving issue.

From the speaker output from your amp, connect left and right to the sub box. Turn on amp and try to play some music. If the sub is working, turn amp off and connect the satellite speakers and turn amp on. Make sure amp is on speaker "A" and the lines are coming from the same connectors on the rear of amp. Check your amp with another speaker to make sure it is working if you have no output. Does the Bose box have its own power cord (self-powered)? If it is self-powered, the internal amp might have tripped or is not working. If unit is not powered, the crossover or thermal protection could be damaged. Refer to Bose for parts.

Check your wires and the woofer they might be defected.components can be working one min and the other minute when you try to put them on they dont function.the out put signal for your accoustimass should also be checked.this can be done by a qualified tech.good luck my friend.hope that this solution will solve your problem.

Ok, have you tryed to unplug all of the wires from the sub, including the power wire from the wall. Install of the speaker wires to the sub, and plug back in the sub. Also what are the numbers on the speakers and the sub.
