Getting error 1102 after reloading color ink. Says to remove tape, which I already have. I checked and gentally cleaned both with just a dry soft cloth. There are no obstructions. Also doesn't show ink level for color ink. When do an alignment test there is no color and it fails the alignment. This has happened on two ink cartridges that are Lexmark cartridges.
Remover Black and color cartridges. Place small paper towel to protect ink outlet on bottom of printer. Use WD-40 spray on copper surfaces, both sides(Blk& Color). Dry surfaces with paper towel. remove small towel placed in bottom . Reinstall both cartridges. This cleared my 1102 error. Die Rote Baron!

Try re-installing the printer freshly with the driver .

For no reason the printer started to show error 1102. It shows that the black cartridge might be the problem.I have disconnected the power supply, taken the cartridges out and cleaned them, put them back and turned on the printer, but still error 1102.

I have the same problem, however it does show me the ink level is full. It will not pass the alignment test. prints about 2 lines and leaves off about 3, over and over. I gotten 2 new cartridges and they both do the same thing. They're brand new so I know they're not dirty.
