After the car has been running for a little while look under the car and see if the catalytic converter is glowing red.

A clogged converter will loose power on hills and make the vehicle seem like it has no power.

2006 Kia Carnival 2.7, V6 when Idling meter fluctuating.

Did you clean both sides of the Throttle Body. You have the classic symptoms of a throttle body that isn't closing properly. Also the Idle Air Control (IAC).

Kia carnival V6 2.5lt 2002 loses power when driving uphill ,l had to replace with the new clutch but still the same, but on flat road have power

if you did not replace the clutch cable or clutch master cylinder then the problem of a slipping clutch will still be there
loosing power means that the engine performance is being restricted but by stating that the clutch was replaced indicates that it was slipping under load

trouble is i cant drive car. and see this effect.

the issue is acceleration, right? :called Hesitations !
and only happens on a hot engine , yes?
and never happens wide open throttle.? correct?
HAPPENS:
only when tipping in the throttle at cruise. (then self corrects )
THE TPS sensors does that.
The TPS is a demand sensor. it sees driver DEMAND
acceleration, and this is detected and the PCM goes to ENRICH mode. this is done or the engine goes LEAN until the MAP BARO READINGS, catch up and correct fueling.
that is my wild useless guess. (not driven and me not scanning the PCM while it fails.)

The TPS is a rate of change sensor.
This is because all air meters made are slow.
The TPS hides this fact. until bad.
there are other causes, but im not there with my scan tool..

Hi..my kia avella rpm reaches for about 1200 rpm when I start up in the morning and gradually decreases to about 600 rpm.but it takes 10 mins bfore the rpm goes down.is this normal?m And my engine loses...

Yes, that is normal operation for an engine. It needs to run at higher idle when cold and the computer does that through the temp sender. Make sure it's not excessive due to any vacuum leaks. This and the AC power loss would be exaggerated if the engine is not running correctly.

Bad misfire at idle

Hi, you need to go and have the check engine light looked at. without look at the engine light i would guess that the egr valve is either plugged or bad. the engine light should give you a good idea of the problem.

Hard starting with check engine light and hold light on

If your check engine light is on, take the car to your local auto parts superstore and have them scan for the fault codes. Usually it is free. The fault code will tell you where to start to solve the problem. Hope this helps.
