We had an interuption in power yesterday morning at approximately 9am, and the phones(4) quit operating. We tried a reset but it doesnt work. I even unplugged the power base to see if that would reset and that didnt help. I tried registering the main base and that wasnt effective either. The phones are less than a year old and have been operating fine until the power failure. Can you assist ??

Unplug your refrigerator for 10 min. then plug it back in. It should come back on so you can reprogram it to your liking. If It fails to go back to default settings and operate normally, you may need a visit from a service tech.
same problem on mine - suddenly no light at all on the touchpad, fridge getting power, haven't heard compressor come on yet but just noted the problem in the last hour. Did you find your problem yet/??

I would think not, i'd say memory may be filled up and the phone cannot load and store it's data so it keeps boot-looping you hopefully have your contacts on the cloud or backed up to a sdcard. If so you can do a hard reset this Will Wipe the phone settings out! Press the volume up and down together and prrss power when the lg logo pops up release power, The phone shuld prompt you to erase everything pressing power confirms and the phone is wiped to factory. If you have trouble try googling how to reset lg esteem but this shuld work. But sadly all data is gone afterwards. Good luck.
I'm having the same problem as well. App worked fine yesterday, but this morning it wouldn't load at all. I really hope something is done to fix it soon. I also tried restarting my phone with no luck.. I don't want to try reinstalling either unless I absolutely have to.
PLUG A CHEAP TELEPHONE INTO THE WALL OUTLET FOR THE FAX LINE AND SEE IF YOU STILL GET THE "OPERATOR VOICES".

sounds like the red buttons have stopped working. you can attempt to reset the phone, if that fails either the button will need to be replaced, or you can contact T-mobile for a replacement given it is still under warrenty.
to reset the phone, try this:
with it OFF press the HOUSE and the POWER buttons until the phone powers up with a triangle and a yellow '!'inside. slide open the screen and press 'ALT' and 'W' at the same time. the phone should boot up as normal. if that fails, call t-mobile 1800-937-8997 for a replacement.
