If you are not using Firefox or Google Chrome as your browser you may wish to download one of them. I just tried going to Tagged on my computer with Firefox and it worked just fine.
Make sure you have anternet connection on that computer as Tagged.com is up and running from my end. Try refreshing your page by continuously pressing F5. Also, try using a different browser. If you are using IE, the try using Firefox and vice versa.
If the above does not work, try clearing up your temporary cache files and browsing history. Then flush your DNS by opening a command prompt and typing:
ipconfig /flushdns
then press enter.
