That number has nothing to do with the lock. That is the key number for TSA to open it. You will have to contact the maker of that lock or since they are not expensive, purchase another one.
Locate a very small hidden button. Press it with a small stick. Turn digits to new code, and open again.
Just locate that button first, close to the zipper.
