Lost my Owners Manual for Xact model XG2400

I found my owners manual and to adjust the ringer on either the Base Station or Hand Set as follows:
with the hand set in place just use the base arrow up or down to go from 0 (off) to 2 (loud) and on the hand set just use the arrows for high low or off. Just bew sure to have the hand set on the base before adjusting the ringer

Without the exact model it is difficult to find the manual.

Selecting the Ringer Tone and Volume

Base ringer on/off
The ringer switch allows you to set the base ringer on or
off. If you set the switch to off, you never hear the base
ringer tone.

Base ringer tone
Press the ringer tone button in standby mode to select one of 7 ringer tones.

Base ringer volume
Slide the ringer volume adjuster to set the base ringer volume.

Handset ringer tone and volume
Press the volume up key or volume down key (labeled as the volume/ /+ or volume/ /- key) in standby mode to select one of five ringer tones and volume combinations

Since you neglected to specify the model of your VTech 5.8GHz cordless system I can only suggest you enter it into the search box here to download a copy of the manual.

press menu,scroll down to ringer settings,hit select,scroll to ringer volume and hit select then press up the round button in the middle until you hear it make a "ring" sound. adjust your preferred volume and hit save.

this company sucks I call it and it just has automated features and hangs up where is the real customer service...
