My android my touch 4g hotspot keeps buffering every few seconds on YouTube videos. I use my cell phone hotspot for all my devices. Rather its on my cell without the hotspot or on my devices with the hotspot I can't watch YouTube videos or any kind of videos let alone play online certain games without it buffering literally ever few seconds I have not had this problem in the past. Been using my cell phone hotspot for 2yrs now. I can surf the net on my devices while using my hotspot. I can have just one device connected to my hotspot and the device will not play videos without buffering every few seconds. I have unlimited data plan so what are some things I can do to fix my hotspot?

Generally the OS does not support JAVA, but there are forums out there dedicated to making ROMS and OS manipulations for this specific tablet.
As for asking for phone service when downloading, it sounds like you've missed a setting somewhere, the tablet is looking for service when it should be using the WIFI or whatever you are using to download things.

if you have a dataplan, you should just be able to surf "out of the box"? with GPRS/3g
there maybe some settings from your carrier that needs the be corrected in the settings?

Through the Google Play Store is the only way I know of. If it isn't working go into settings > Apps > play store, clear out cache and force stop the play store. Then try updating flash again.

try using the youtube app against watching youtube via a browser. it is mostlikely the network issue rather than your device. i hope this was helpful
