Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Do not know what you mean by card lock but it is pretty certain that the camera needs serviced.

Why is my samsung S760 wont turn on,the green light keeps flashing.

Replace the battery's or fully charge the Ni-cad.. IF you have done this, Do you have a "Flash card or Data card? You might have to Format it.. A bad Data card will give the camera an Error, and won't turn on.. IF you have Pictures on your card Some people Can Read the bad Data and still get the pics off... If you dont care about whats on the card just Format it in a computer that has a port to insert the card... Good luck.. P.S. some camera's have a second set of "Memory" battery's, the ones that keep the date and stuff in order.. You might want to change them, They are "Button" batterys looks like the ones for a watch.. Should be 3 of them. Right next to the AA's or AAA's main batterys . Enjoy... BCB

Where can i find Drivers for Samsung S760 Digital Camera?

Do you really need a driver?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

I need a good place to get the free software for my samsung s760 camera so that i can download my photos from my memory card to my pc

You don't need any software. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire).

Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program. There are plenty of free programs out there, just do a search for "photo cataloging program".

Can't veiw pictures from memory card on camera

Some cameras do not allow a computer to camera transfer. It causes the card to have a different initialization not compatible with your camera. If the pictures are safely on your computer, format the card in the camera and it will be fine.
