Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

when you try to connect using bluetooth you have to define the COM port from the control panel >> bluetooth devices then you add a new port and remember the number of it .
then open Activsync. click on file >> connection setting
then check this option : allow connections to one of the following ..
then choose the COM that you just add it from the control panel.
it will works now
