Here are the steps to program your OneForAll URC 3050B00 remote to control your LG smart TV:

Turn on your LG smart TV.
Press and hold the "TV" button on your OneForAll remote until the LED light on the remote turns on and stays on.

then release SET.
3.Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice.
4.Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate
between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off
(after pressing POWER). If the device does not have a Power
key, you can substitute another function, such as digits 0 ~ 9 ,
CH, or PLAY).
NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from
its library to the selected device, starting with the most popular code
first.

If you are using a remote other than the LG remote that came with the TV it could be an improper code setting. Most TVs have up to 10 or 15 codes to match the remote to the TV. Some codes will work for some functions, but not all.

Universal remotes have 3, 4, and 5 digit codes depending on the age of the devices to be controlled. 3 digit codes can only control devices made before year 2000. 4 digit codes can do upto 2007, 6 digit codes can do upto the date of the remote manufacture date. Your universal remote is too old for your TV.

On most universal remote control, you will find the procedure to enter the builder code OR a procedure to pass through all the code of the remote, one by one and pass to the other TILL you find the right one.

LG started out as Goldstar, merged with Lucky Corp., to become Lucky Goldstar, LG ;-)

Although your remote doesn't list any codes for LG, one of the Goldstar codes may work.
Try 0030, 0056, 0178.

If that doesn't work you may have to try the "Search for Code" feature by first turning your TV on, then follow these steps:

The URC-3021 is a 2004 basic model without any learning capability, if you are unable to find a code, it may be time to buy a new remote.
There are newer, low cost universal remotes available at Walmart, Target, K-mart, and other retailers, that should have a more up-to-date code list.
