I just moved and have lost the info sheet that came with my printer. there is a yellow flashing light, and without that sheet I do not know what is required of me. I am 73 years old and NOT VERY computer savvy. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you, twin01
The printer splits black ink while printing and the ink drops on the logic pcb & other parts.

Good for you for being on the internet and posting the question! The yellow light usually means, paper, ink or a jam. If it's got paper and ink, check for jams and even power cycle it and see if that helps. And try printing, it may just be reporting low ink. Good luck!

THE SOLUTION OFFERED WAS NOT SPECIFIC, BUT IT LEAD ME TO INVESTIGATE MY INSTALLATION OF NEW INK CARTRIDGE. I HAD not removed THE LITTLE DOHICKY THAT COVERED THE INK SPOUT. THANKS SO MUCH
