When I push the bottom for a cup of coffee I hear the grinding but no coffee comes out. The grounds feel a little wet when they are dumped so some water is getting to them but not emought water is being pumped through to get any coffee.
can hear the pump start up and will stay on if steam button is pushed but no water dispensed. Also steam light indicator is out.can hear the pump start up and will stay on if steam button is pushed but no water dispensed. Also steam light indicator is out.

Hi
I think this will help you.
There are a couple of things on a delux that can cause this.
Your grind is to fine ( the big knob in the bean hopper is below 8. If it is turn the big knob to a larger number. You can turn the big knob any time but it has to be grinding to turn it to a smaller number. 3 cycles before it has changed the grind in the brew unit. You can push the button to stop so you don't have to wait for it to finish. If that is not it go to the next solution. http://www.fixya.com/support/r9150937-vienna_not_make_coffee_or_very_slow
HI
You might need new burrs. When the burrs get dull, they will crush the beans instead of grinding them into small grounds. You start to get powder instead of grinds. They will slow the extraction, but then the next time they will produce the correct shot.
Hi More than likely your grind is to fine and you are using oily beans (shiney). There is a small knob in the bean hopper. turn it down to the minus side. Turn the big knob to the # 18. If that doesn't work you are going to have to take the grinder apart and clean it.
I would repair it, it sounds like the grinder needs to be adjusted (burrs may be dull), and the leak on the bottom may be coming from the small drain hole on the back of the brew chamber. If you remo;ve the chamber you will see the white water valve that the chamber connect to, if you look below the white valve the small chamber in there will be filled with water, below that there is a small discharge use a stit stick or paper clip to clear hole.
Clean the ball and valve assembly located in the Brew Group. It ocassionally gets "dirty" and needs cleaning. Be careful you don't lose the glass ball which is very small. Use a q-tip or small wire for cleaning the tubular area.
You might want to check and clean the coffee outflow spout ( the adjustable double spout on the outside of the machine) . If it is all plucked up that might be the cause.
gears are probably broke. Happens when to much coffee and coffee ground too fine get compacted into the brew drive unit.
Shreds the plastic gears like butter.
Machine has to be sent out for service, gear replacement is long and impossible for anyone untrained. Trained techs it takes at least an hour if not more.
