Before you plug in the brewer, pour water into the top of the brewer, put the pot back on the warmer, and close the lid. after the water finishes running down into the tank, repeat this step. after the second pot, water should start to come out of the sprayhead and into the pot. after water quits running, plug in the brewer. The brewer should heat up in about 15 minutes. Make sure that the switch on the side of the brewer is turned on. Once the brewer has finished heating, you are ready to make a pot of coffee. Put a filtewr in the basket - it pulls straight out the front of the brewer- put in your coffee, pour a pot of water in the top, put your pot back on the warmer, then close the lid. Within 3 minutes, you should have a hot pot of coffee. If you leave home for more than a day or two, you should turn off your brewer heater, so you don't lose water from condensation. this will cause damage to your brewer. Enjoy your new brewer!!

I clean my Tim hortons coffee maker almost every week otherwise it only drips in. Is this amount of cleaning normal? What else could be wrong? I just put descaler through and it worked fine for a day. Any other suggestions?

Hello, My name is Mike I am a Espresso Expert. There is so many things
these days that can cause your machine to have a problem. Companies are
great at producing machines for consumers to purchase, but weak when it
comes to helping a average person at home to trouble shoot the problem
and only a few can fix it them self. So what I did is down load the
complete manual for your machine as well, as it has schematics and
trouble shooting guide along with how to fix it if you feel you can
tackle that project. So, download the manual and you determine if you
can fix the problem that you find on your machine via this manual.
Please if you can, rate my free help and some kind words with comment
would be appreciated too. Thanks Mike.
