Question about Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) Console
Lightening recently hit our backyard and caused several small electrical issues in our home. One of them seems to be with my son's Playstation 2. At first we thought it was totally dead but it turns out that it is just really slow. It takes a while for a game to load and the play is also very slow. It seems odd that lightening would cause this so it may just be a coincidence. Either way, does anyone know what causes Playstation 2 to slow down? I'm hoping it's a piece that we can just replace. Thanks ahead of time for any help!
Lightning can cause weird problems, All you need is "Static Discharge" every capacitor in your PS2. It's not recommended for you to do it by yourself. So a technician help is needed. Good Luck
