The buttons on the right (in the pic) or while facing you are the way into the menu's.
#1 - Push the center right button (exercise will appear)
#2 - Push the upper right button (settings will appear) use the upper right or lower right buttons to scroll if neccessary
#3 - Push the center button (a menu will appear)
#4 - choose Watch, use the upper right or lower right buttons to scroll if neccessary
#5 - Push the center button to choose watch, once highlighted
#6 - use the upper right or lower right buttons to scroll through the watch menu
#7 - Choose Time
#8 - Continue to use center button and scroll buttons to choose and set.
Important button to know - the bottom left button is a reverse button. Make a mistake, just tap that button, keep tapping to go all the way back to the main menu.
The push button at 2 o'clock is START/STOP/RESTART button for chronograph function. Push button at 4 is for RESET (it resets chronograph hand to zero when pushed). Crown at 3 is for time and date setting. When pulled out to first click, it changes the dates by the means of turning it. When pulled out to the second click, it sets the time by turning it.
The Tissot Touch watch is expected to need "SYNCHRONIZTION" periodically. (that is, to synchronize the digital and analog portions.) The Tissot manual tells how to do this. This manual came with your watch and is available online from the Tissot website.
Push the button Lower left and hold it for 2 seconds and you
will see a number flash. This is for the alarm setting.
Push the same button again and a new screen with the time
comes up and the seconds are flashing.
Push the top right button again and the minutes will be flashing.
Push the top right again and the hours will be flashing
Push the lower right one time and the time moves ahead 1
hour
Push the lower right again for the next hour and the time
moves again. Do this as many times as you want to change the hours. Each time
you reach 12:00 the screen will change the “A” and “P” to tell you if you are
in AM or PM. Time.
You can set the minutes in the same way as you do the hours
by pushing the lower right (set) button. The when done push the lower left to
stop the set-up
After you set the time or the alarm, push the lower left
button again to stop the set-up.
See, you just have to hold the blue button (in TIME 1 "T1") till the screen tell you "LIGTH OFF", then push the green button and u will see all the option.

The solution involves holding down the adjust button until the time zone starts flashing, adjusting with the right 2 buttons and pushing the mode button to get to other options. You then finish by pushing the adjust button again.

The steps are like this : 1. Pull the crown full, and turn it clockwise until you find the right day. 2.
and then push it one click (dont push it to hard so it back to normal
position) and turn the crown counter clockwise to adjust date. 3. Push the small button near the crown to adjust month.
