DishNetwork Remote won't program to control ilo EDTV

I've had an ilo EDTV for about 4 years. I have a DishNetwork DVR. The DN remote was never programed to control the TV (never could get it to work). Recently, we lost the remote to the ilo TV, and cannot get the DishNetwork remote programmed to operate the tv on and off, plus the volume. There is no code for the ilo tv in the DN DVR user manual. I had read where some people said they found an Emerson or Funai code which work for them. I tried all of them listed in my DN user manual to no avail. From what else I have read online with the ilo tv, I'm probably not going to have much luck finding a universal remote that would work for the tv. Any suggestions?

If you have not found the codes yet, follow the link below. The link will walk you through the steps to program the remote to the tv. They are simple steps.
Codes:

If the codes do not work, try this link for a power scan, which will scan the tv for the correct code.

Hi I have an ilo television. I have lost my guide

You may have found the code already, but here are some codes and steps to help you out if you have not. There are two links enclosed below. The first link is for a power scan, where you can scan the tv for the right code.
Power scan:
http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/power-scan-instructions

The second, is a list of codes. If you choose to go this route, then you will need to follow these steps:
1. Hod down the clear TV button until all lights light up at the top of the remote
2. Punch in the 3-digit code
3. Press the pound (#) button under the number 9 on the numeric keypad
4. Try the volume and powering the tv on/off. If one or all of these functions do now work, start back at step 1, with a different code.

Setting my Dish network remote to new tv

customz28,

Since you have tried several codes for your TV, the next procedure to attempt would be a power scan. I have provided a link with the instructions. The link is:

I have bose v30, dishnetwork 612 dvr. When

I recommend you switch from using HDMI cables to using component (R/G/B RCA-style) cables. HD picture is superior through component cabling, and solves several HD picture issues.

What is happening is that when video resolution changes (like from regular programming to commercials) the video information is poorly sent down the HDMI line. Component cabling from your DVR will eliminate this problem.

I hope that helps.

"No Signal" on ilo-26hd

Call Dish Network at 1-888-284-7116 and they can walk you through the remote program setup. Or you can look in the instruction manual for code searching using the DN remote control.
