Warrenties I purchased a Kenmore Mixer and Was wondering how long is the warranties on this product. KSM 100. Purchased in 2004. Please let me know if it is still under warranty.

The grinding noise may be due to bearing failure in the motor or gear failure.

This is missing the manual and the hook for kneeding bread. I would like to download a manual. Is there a part number for the kneeding hook?

Need your exact model number from the bottom and back of your stand mixer. You can enter the model number on this webpage to find out if the manufacturer has made a manual available on-line.

If there is no result contact customer support at 1-866-698-2538.

If this was a new purchase that should have contained the manual and hook I would encourage you to contact customer service or return to the vendor for replacement.

Cold and hot water are mixed up.

I just purchased the same model and have the same problem. Call Sears and have a repairmen sent while still under warranty. The water temperature sensors needed to be replaced in my washer.
