Do you need to connect a bluetooth headset , or do you need to start bluetooth file transfers? In either case, to activate blue tooth on the RAZR V3i go to settings>connections>bluetooth (May appear as "bluetooth link") > hands free> look for device. The Razr will scan for other bluetooth devices. If you need to send files over bluetooth, turn on the blue tooth antenna, and navigate to the files you wish to send. Press the menu button, and press "copy" and select the device you wish to send it to in the devices list. If there is no device, or the device you with to send it to is not in the list, press "look for devices".
Another way around this problem is to connect you cell phone to your computer via bluetooth. To do this go into settings for both you phone and your laptop and make both discoverable. Once you've done that you'll be presented with a list of nearby devices, select the phone and follow the onscreen instructions.
After your phone is connected you can simply choose to send the photos via bluetooth under the options choice in your photo library. Alternatively if you have an SMS plan, you can send the pictures via messaging to your email address by typing in your address instead of your phone number in the Send to box.

1: Songs download via bluetooth:
Switch on the Bluetooth of your cell phone.
Switch on the bluetooth of your laptop/other cell.
Now pair your Laptop with cellphone::
go to start>control panel> my bluetooth places> pair device
enter any passkey like 123456
when it prompt on your cellphone, enter the same 123456 on the cell as passkey and your cell will be paired with laptop/cellphone
Now select any sog on the laptop/cellphone, rightclick on it and select send to bluetooth.
Accept the song reception on your cell.
After download you ca see the song in cell's inbox.
2: Songs download via Cable. Install the PC suite of youe cell phone on the Laptop/DesktopRestart the PC
Connect the USB /Data cable between laptop/descktop and your cellNow explore the cell memory in PC suite and imply copy paste the songs on the memory of your cell
If you want to transfer files from pc to the mobile device. Make sure the pc has a bluetooth turn on. Most of the laptops have a built in bluetooh , but for desktop computers you need to purchase a bluetooth adapter.
Once you have the bluetooh turn ON on your computer. Turn on the bluetooh on your mobile device.
From your computer. Right click on the file that you want to transfer and select send to bluetooth. Click on search for bluetooth device and then select the name of your cellphone ( or name you assigned for the bluetooth on your cellphone)Once you click the name, just go next . You will get a message saying accept bluetooh file on your cellphone, just accept the file and your done.

there are 2 ways that you can send your pictures onto your pc.
find a cellphone from a friend or a person who got cellphone with bluetooth and infrared. you can transfer the pictures from your phone to his/her phone using infrared. just be sure that his or here cellphone got bluetooth aswell. then after he received it upload the pictures from his phone using computers bluetooth or his memory card.
buy an infrared USB from an electronic shop then send your pictures using infrared from phone to your pc.
There are two ways to transfer your pics- 1. Bluetooth (wirelessly) 2. USB Cable
Since the USB part requires you to have Motorola Phone Tools, i'm not touching that part.
For Bluetooth, your computer needs to have bluetooth. If not, you can get it from any computer store for about $5. It looks like a regular pen drive. Once attached to a PC, it installs itself. and after it's done, you can just right-click the blue 'B' icon in the system tray, click on receive a file, and immediately send it from your cellphone.
How to send files thru Bluetooth from Razr:
open multimedia>pictures open the picture you want to send press the 'menu' key (top, middle) select 'Copy' select 'Yes" when it asks to turn Bluetooth on ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Now, on your computer, do the right clicking part that i told earlier ------------------------------------------------------------------------ search for new devices on your Razr. select your computer's name.

it depends on the cell phone to u sending or recieving...see if u r sending to an nokia phone..the nokia phone is slow in recieving...but ur phone cant force it take data fastly...so it happens...as i've seen v3i to v3i its fast...even stil its an prob restart once n use...
