Sram error missing E

Message on screen sram error missing E. This message did not allow me to press the info button to reset. Power light is a different color. How do I reset NV RAM?

    I have an OKI C7350 colour printer. I have the 'SRAM ERROR MISSING E' message and cannot press any of the menu buttons. I've tried switching off and on again, removing power supply and restoring it, checked all the paper feeds etc. It was working this morning! I can't solve this error message, which unhelpfully is not listed in the 'troubleshooting guide' that comes with the machine.

Better if you have other person to help you.

Turn off the printer, hold 0 3 5 6 7 buttons, turn on the printer, wait until the *s disapair.

Message SRAM Error Mising E. It is Engine Board defect. Just replace the Engine Board.
P/N: 42433206 for C7350
P/N: 41960402 for C7300 with EEPROM

I believe the ram is either defective, or sometimes u can take it out ans re-seat it. I believe Xerox don't give out that info for you to reset this error.But u can Britt probably contact my friends at www.partsdrop.com for some help

Its a faulty engine board. SRAM is on the board. Board will need to be replaced. Contact oki on 1800 807 472 and ask for Paul in the Brisbane office.

My washer error message unit detect a problem

The most common solution for this message is to turn the machine OFF and then ON. If the error resets, you are done.

However, this message will sometimes cause the control to stop the machine from working. With this type of error, the control panel will need to be reset. The following steps will allow you to reset your control.

Solution:

  1. Clear the ERROR from the screen: Press and hold the MY CYCLES and BACK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The control will display any recorded errors. Please write down what error codes are shown on your screen in case service is needed. If a MORE icon is displayed on the screen, press MORE to list additional errors. When the EXIT button appears, press EXIT.


  2. Remove Power: Follow the onscreen instructions to remove power (unplug unit) and then immediately plug unit back in.


  3. Clear Setup Mode: After power is restored, a setup screen that begins with "Congratulations..." will be shown. DO NOT PRESS the OK button shown at the bottom of the screen. Press the START/STOP and POWER buttons simultaneously until the Home Screen is displayed. Your unit is ready to function normally.

I just like to ask to where specifically you can see the red light. It will help us determine what cause the red light. To give you heads up as well, the Printer's LCD screen can help us determine what exactly the offline condition of the CX3200 is:


Error message: No color or black ink cartridge-->Press the Color Copy button to install a new ink cartridge.
Solution: The indicated ink cartridge is not installed. Please install the necessary cartridge(s).

Error message: Color or black ink out -- >Press the Color Copy button to begin replacing the ink cartridge.
Solution: The indicated ink cartridge is out of ink. You will need to replace the necessary ink cartridge(s).


Error Message: Ink cartridge error -- > Press the Color Copy button to begin replacing the ink cartridge.
Solution: There is something wrong with the ink cartridge. Make sure the cartridge is genuine Epson ink. Also, try reseating the cartridge (remove it, and then reinstall it).

Error Message: Paper jam or misfeed -- > Press the Color Copy button and clear the paper jam by hand if necessary.

Hate to say this but most likely the Print Engine Control Board has failed.
