If water is leaking only during the times when it is supposed to be coming in , then the first places to check are at the hose connections and the hoses themselves. If it continues to leak after the water stops coming in , then you have to look at the drain connection and finally at the drum seal.

SOURCE: Leak from maytag top load coin machine during spin drain cycle only

Possible that you would have a tub seal leak if it is only noticable during spin cycle. Possible that it "drips" slightly while in agitation, but not enough to notice it. While in spin mode you have a lot more parts moving as well as a lot more water pressure on the seal itself. Pump could also be leaking, but highly doubtful since it would leak a constant amount at all times. Good Luck!!! Jim

Supra washer/dryer combo leaking significantly

In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that water has leaked then as the drain hose pump/valve and fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for possible leaks here. In some cases the drain hose would be clogged at the drain end to outlet of the house and so there will be back flushing resulting in overflow to the outside. Also the drain pump/valve can be clogged or the drain hose clamps can be loose on the grip which can all cause the leak to occur. Removing and cleaning the drain pump/valve, tightening of the hose is also very important. Also water can leak if there are gaps on the front door gaskets and must be checked but this will happen only during the cycle and not on the drain cycle end.

Defy dishwasher leaks water only at the end after spin cycle

please confirm if you are referring to a dishwasher or washing machine. Usually the spin cycle applies to washing machine. Check where the water is leaking from. Most likely the drain pump hose is cracked. Need the model number of washing machine to make further suggestions.

You have indicated that the spin was activated to drain off and so the drain exit seems good . Hence I would advice that you check the drain hose fittings and drain pump. Check once again to confirm if this was a program controller malfunction of the cycle. finally keep your machine in slight slant /tilt so that the water drains off fully to the exit valve.
