Vista has native drivers for the HP Deskjet 1220c. I've got one working for someone. Just plug in the USB cable, with the printer switched on and Vista will find it.

Check the HP Website Be warned there are serious issues with Vista and peripherals like printers- not all manufacturers are makeing drivers for their equipment.

Need driver for sony vaio VGN-TZ27GN built in web...
There probably is not a driver specifically for Windows 7.
Usually you will have to use the one for Windows Vista.
Windows 7 is only a glorified version of Vista anyway.

Go here:Drivers
Select the Downloads tab, then select the operating system.
If you have 32 bit Win 7 then select the 32 bit Vista.

If you have home premium then select the same for Vista.

In the next drop down menu select Original Driver.

There is one for Vista called camera module driver

I have a pc with a Windows 7 home premium and i have too (formerly) a LexmarkZ 601. I need drivers for my Lexmark. Thanks for help.
Please check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. Go to Start menu -> right-click on Computer -> Properties. Take note of the System Type.
Now, there's Z601 driver specific for Windows 7, however, the vista drivers work. Download the compatible driver for your operating system using the links below:
- Lexmark Z601 Driver for Vista 32-bit / Win 7 32-bit - Lexmark Z601 Driver for Vista 64-bit / Win 7 64-bit

I need a driver for Vista .I have driver for XP but it don't work on Vista.
For the Mustek 1248 UB on vista 32 bit go to www.mustek.com then support then in the drop down box select "SCANNER" wait a second or two then, in the series dropdown box select "USB PORT" waiT another second or so and then, in the model drop down box select "A3 1200 PRO" wait a second or two for the page to load the driver list. Scroll down to the driver list and download the vista driver the name of the file is WEB.EXE. unplug your scanner from the computer and double click the driver file which will install in the usual way. Then plug in the scanner and Vista will find the driver.
